Island Winds East 509 is a cozy two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom, 821 sq. ft. condo located directly on the white sugary sand beach of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

 

Parking passes are purchased through the property manager located on site. Only 1 (one) parking pass available for each condo ($55).

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that will sleep 6 is beachfront and BEAUTIFUL! Island Winds 509 is your ideal beach escape for your next getaway. 

 

The main living space boasts a Gulf view directly on the sugar white sands along with coastal décor, sleeper sofa, large ottoman, two comfy chairs, and flat screen television. Custom draperies complete the space and enables morning sun blocking for guests. 

 

The open floor plan enables everyone to enjoy all common areas and still be able to enjoy each other’s company. The dining table seats 4 and the counter-height breakfast bar seats 4. The kitchen boasts coastal colors and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy all the comforts of home in the fully outfitted kitchen when preparing your family meal.  

 

In the primary bedroom, you’ll enjoy a king-sized bed, dual nightstands, ceiling fan, flat screen television and the impressive Gulf of Mexico view! The primary bedroom is located off the living area. The primary bathroom is private to the primary bedroom and features updated marble style tiles in the standing shower. Granite countertops and all updated fixtures complete the space. 

 

The second bedroom features 2 full sized beds, bedside table, and flat screen television. The second bathroom, also completely updated with standing shower, is accessible from inside the second bedroom. A washer and dryer are also included in the condo for your use.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 1 Parking Pass per condo is available per condo. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful! Everything was updated, clean, and super nice! When we come back for vacation I'm hoping 509 is available!

Perfect location to shopping and dining. Many easy to walk to options. Beach great location next to public beach, with availability to use volleyball and still not crowded due to being part of the condos beachfront. The room was clean, with plenty of kitchen amenities. Beautiful view with chairs on large balcony that allowed you to see over the rails. Staff on location very friendly and helpful. Did not have to wait long for elevator. Would love to stay there again.
