Ocean Overlook is a dog friendly 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom 2500 square foot cottage, sleeping 22 people and located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  


Parking for Six (6) vehicles maximum


Two (2) dog maximum. $250 non-refundable deposit required. Not included in reservation price. You must let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend!

6 seater golf cart is $100 a day for entire reservation.

When you step in the door, you’ll find yourself in a large open floor plan including the fully outfitted kitchen with room to sit 8 around the large island. In the living room are all the comforts of home including 2 sleeper sofas with room for 4 to sleep. The dining area features a large dining table with room for 10. 


The Primary suite is decorated in all coastal colors and a large king-sized bed. In the Primary bath, you’ll experience all the spa vibes with a large walk-in shower and custom tile. 


On the same level, you’ll find all guest bedrooms. The first includes 2 full beds sleeping 4 total. In the last two guest bedrooms, you’ll find they mirror each other in sleeping arrangements. BOTH include TWO twin over full bunk beds, each sleeping 6 individuals. 


All bedrooms come with accompanying bathrooms plus two half baths. This is perfect for all guests!

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: Six (6) vehicles maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Wonderful place to vacation away from all the crowds. Perfect setup for adults and kids with plenty of room to sleep. The house is equipped with everything you could think of. Elevator was awesome for transporting coolers and groceries up and down. Short walk or ride to the beach access. Highly recommend for a nice and peaceful getaway!

This house has everything you could possibly need and more! The porch and pool were amazing. The short walk to the ocean was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
