Sea Glass 205 has a coastal cottage vibe with gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views. The living room features a sectional with sleeper sofa and 3 chairs with plenty of space for everyone who’s with you to relax. The dining area has seating for 4 and 4 more at the kitchen island. The white kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you might need during your stay. Every point of the common area allows you to enjoy views of the Gulf! 

 

In the Primary Bedroom, you’ll find a cozy King-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, and flat screen television. The Primary bath includes a spacious double vanity and shower/tub combination. Off the hallway, a guest bedroom with a twin over full sized bed is included for more sleeping space for guests. Access to a half bath is located across from the bunk area. A washer/dryer is also located in the condo for guest use.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We had a great time at the beach and at this beautiful condo. It was perfect for our family of 6. The gulf front view was amazing!! It was so easy to get to the beach. The pool was great too!! The kitchen was well supplied and the furniture was comfy!!

My favorite place I've stayed at the beach. Love that it is so close to the beach. Can't think of anything negative to say. Would definitely stay here again. The very family friendly pool was a very nice bonus.

We had a great time. Check in and out was very easy. Condo was in excellent condition when we arrived. We also liked the location.

Our expectations were definitely met! Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, a perfect view for the super moon, kitchen well equipped. The only problem we had was that we were not given the door code. We had to call but it was done quickly. The parking reservation was inside the condo in the kitchen. And you definitely want to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Also bring a couple of dishwashing pods as there is only one. If you plan to cook, bring your own condiments/ spices like salt and pepper! You might throw in a couple of kitchen towels, too. The pool is really big and soooo nice! I know you will enjoy your stay. We plan to come back next year if at all possible.
