Tides In is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom house that sleeps 12 and is in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  

 

THE PROPERTY 

 

Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin-sized beds

Bedroom 5: 1 Twin over Full sized bunk with Twin Trundle 

 

Welcome to Tides In! This charming beach house boasts sleeping for 12, two living area spaces, and five bedrooms near the heart of Gulf Shores! 

 

As you enter the home, you’ll find yourself in the main floor living area that includes dining and living rooms. The dining area includes seating for 6+. Adjoining this space is the kitchen that provides appliances and utensils you may need during your stay! You’ll also find a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry area. 

 

The primary bedroom is located just off the living area of the main level of the home. Included is a queen-sized bed, night stand, and dresser. Adjoining the primary bedroom is the primary bathroom. This bath includes a shower/tub combination. Also on the main level is an additional guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and an adjoining bath. 

 

Upstairs, you’ll find another living space with couch, television, and coffee table. In this area, you’ll also find an additional dining space with seating for 4! This is perfect for families with teens to have a place to hangout. On this level is 3 additional bedrooms. The first has a queen sized bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 twin-sized beds and the third includes a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. 

 

Outside, you’ll find two stories including decks and seating. Back on the main level, parking for up to 4 cars included.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: 

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: __Max 4 vehicles__ Can park at the property. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, and roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This house worked perfect for our two families! The upstairs, separate living areas was great for the kids to have their own space. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Having a short walk to both the lagoon and beach was amazing!!

Great house in a great location! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which can accommodate large groups. Just a short walk to the beach too!

The folks at Beachball properties responded in a timely manner to every request. Even before we left for our trip, I had questions which they answered promptly and thoroughly. The minor problems we encountered after arrival were quickly addressed and remedied. Great attitude, highly approachable, and well done at every turn. Thanks to all our crew had a fabulous time. They did, however decline to intervene in the pop-up thunderstorms. Hah we gave them a pass on that one. Highly recommend.
