Beach Club Cottage 28 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cottage sleeping 8 and is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  


Parking available at the property for up to 2 vehicles. **Monthly Reservations** You will be provided two passes to be used for two different cars. If you have multiple guests throughout your reservation and would have more than two cars visiting the property; you would need to purchase an additional pass for each additional car. 

*Note: access to the Beach Club amenities may require additional fees to obtain wristbands.

When you step into the front door, you’ll find yourself in a beautifully decorated sitting area. As you progress through the open floor plan living space with fully outfitted kitchen, beautiful dining area, and comfortable living room with backyard view, you’ll find that no detail has been missed. 


The bedrooms feature coastal décor throughout and sea-like colors that compliment the island feel of this ideal cottage. The Primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed while the guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Along with the 2 sleeper-sofas in the sitting room and living room, there is room for 8 of you to vacation together. Two bathrooms complete the cottage.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. 


  • AGE RESTRICTIONMust be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. 


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We had a wonderful stay at Cottage 28! We loved the proximity to the beach and clubhouse pool but enjoyed the private pool as well. The outdoor grill and patio are a huge plus for our group. Everything is beautifully decorated and cozy! We had 7 adults (parents and college teens) so we had to utilize both pull out couches. We may end up renting one with a third bedroom next time but even so we had plenty of room. I would suggest adding a small stash of cleaning supplies and a new broom just to keep things tidy day to day but other than that we had everything we needed. I left a note on the fridge to make the back doors easier to lock. This is a beautiful, quiet and updated property for a group of 4-6. I think it would be perfect for a family with younger children because of the pool and private outdoor area. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Truly the best cottage at the Beach Club. Beach Ball Properties customer service was excellent. Definitely use them again.
