The primary suite features a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and spacious vanity. The additional 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and include a queen-size bed and twin over full bunk bed respectively. A full-size laundry room is also private to the condo and available for guest use during their stay.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. 

 

  • AGE RESTRICTIONMust be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Elevators are a little painful. Slow, out of order a few times. However the elevator was eventually staffed with a guard to help with the flow of people. Once the holiday weekend was over, the normal foot traffic was fine. The condo was nice, not updated — could use a refresh in bathrooms. But overall it worked well for our first visit. Fully stocked — you don't need anything but food and supplies. Kiddie pool very convenient but terribly cold! Also the pool deck is in need of a good cleaning. Location was truly the best. Walk nearby for food and entertainment. Even a market across the street.

Great place. Wonderful access to the beach. Property well maintained and everyone was very friendly. We had an issue with a low battery in the smoke detector. I notified maintenance and the battery was replaced within an hour and then I was sent an email letting me know it was replaced. Great response time and that was the only “issue” if you would even call it that!! We plan to be back next year and hopefully in the same unit, for a longer stay!!!

2 king bedrooms! This was great for couples. There is also a bunk room that is bigger than usual. Everyone has plenty of space. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with nice things. Both bathrooms are large. Had makeup mirrors ladies. View is incredible. Location is perfect. Walking distance to shops and several restaurants. IE: Pink Pony, Sea & Suds, and The Hangout are steps away. Also some restaurants across the street (north) and back which are great. We will definitely be back to this unit. Elevators were NO issue despite what some say. Beautiful unit. Beachball Properties are wonderful to work with. Very nice receptionist. Good company.
