Your Dog Friendly Fort Morgan escape with PRIVATE POOL! 

 

Our Serenity Now is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom private home, sleeping 16 and is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  

*** DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You have to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added. ***  

Even larger party? We also manage the duplex across the street (it’s called “Spier House”). It sleeps 12. If you rent the house and both sides of the duplex, you will have sleeping accommodations for 28. 

 

Parking available for up to 4 cars.

With multiple living spaces and room for up to 16 of your nearest and dearest (plus up to 2 dogs), this Fort Morgan hideaway is ideal for your next beach getaway! 

 

 Our Serenity Now is secluded in the Fort Morgan area and very close to the beach. When you step inside the second floor main level, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the home. This open floor plan living space features a fully outfitted kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room with two recliners and a sleeper sofa. 

 

The Primary suite is situated on one private side of the home and features a king-sized bed. In the private bath, you’ll find a double vanity, a shower/tub combo, and lots of natural light! On the other side of the home are two remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first features a king-sized bed and the second includes 1 full-size over full-size bunkbed along with 1 twin-size over twin-size bunkbed. Both have access to their own bathroom.

 

Outside and downstairs on the ground level of the home, you’ll find an open floorplan living space! This private area features a king-sized bed, living space with sleeper sofa, full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a private bath with walk-in shower.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. 

 

  • AGE RESTRICTIONMust be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
 
  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 
 
  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the “our serenity now”. The property was just as it was described. The rooms were exceptionally clean and there was enough space and room for everyone….10 people total. The beach was in walking distance and my grands enjoyed the pool as well. Thank you BeachBall properties for a wonderful summer vacation stay with my family! ☺️

We had so much fun! The beach was a short walk from the house, our group cooked the majority of our meals and we really enjoyed the pool. Screened in back porch was nice too.
