"A Westside Paradise" Experience total relaxation on your vacation at this gorgeous, professionally decorated cottage with awesome views of Little Lagoon and steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!!

“A Westside Paradise” is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, 1800 sq. ft. *DOG FRIENDLY* cottage is located in a resort area complex across from the sugary white sands on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  

 

4 car maximum. No parking passes required

***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

The main living space in this charming Beach Cottage has been professionally decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings, and coastal chic decor. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a new love seat, two new swaying chairs, and a large HDTV. Just off the main living area is a spacious deck with beautiful Lagoon views and plenty of seating. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6 and bar seating for 4. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Behind the Kitchen is a full bathroom for your guests to enjoy. It is equipped with a shower/tub combo to help bath the little ones. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower in the garage to clean off after a day at the beach. There is an additional storage closet for keeping beach items, bikes, wagons, toys, etc. 

Upstairs are the four bedrooms. All bedrooms have wall mounted HDTVs, storage chest of drawers, and bathroom access. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with a luxurious stand-up shower. The Twin bedroom and the Queen bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with double vanities for your convenience and a stand-up shower. The final bedroom has a king bed with a private bedroom with a stand-up shower. 

 

****DOG friendly, Max weight 40 pound per dog (2 max), Dog fee of 250.00 required and added after the reservation is made. You would just let us know after reserving that you are bringing a DOG.  ****

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
