 Welcome to Cottages of Tannin #11! Located in the Villages of Tannin, this two bedroom and two-and-a- half bathroom 1230 square feet elegantly designed beach home is equipped to comfortably sleep six guests and is dog friendly.  Relax and enjoy the community and deeded beach access directly across the street!

***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 25 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

Cottages of Tannin #11 could have been stripped right out of the pages of a magazine! This custom crafted property boasts only the most pristinely curated elements of décor to really drive home the classic coastal atmosphere.

Upon entering from the front porch, the open and airy living space pops with an accent shiplap wall. The seating arrangement is perfect for morning cups of joe or quiet chats. There is a sleeper sofa, turquoise colored love seat and spinning chair surrounding a coffee ottoman. The other side of the living space has a gathering area as well, including a matching turquoise sitting chair, spinning chair, mid-century modern style entertainment cabinet and mounted flatscreen television.

Just off the living area is a traditional glass topped dining table with seating for four. Next to the table is a kitchen bar with additional seating for two. The immaculate kitchen is lined with winter white cabinetry, built-in stainless-steel appliances and amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, utensils and toaster.      

The half bathroom is right near the kitchen.

Saunter up the stairway into the soothingly pastel hued master bedroom. You’ll find a soft-blue king-sized bed with matching nightstands and lamps. There is a beautiful white dresser, mounted flatscreen television and sitting chair. Attached is the lavish primary bathroom with glassed walk-in shower, vanity with mirror and large storage cabinet.

A stackable washer and dryer combination is tucked away in a closet upstairs.

The seashell inspired guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, white nightstands and lamps, matching dresser, closet and mounted flatscreen television. The attached guest bathroom has a stunning gray tiled tub and shower combination and large vanity with mirror.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 
  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) vehicles allowed. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
