Flip Flops and Sun:  Beach Home. Bring your flip flops and enjoy the sun at "Flip Flops & Sun" in the tranquil Ft Morgan community of Gulf Shores. This is a four (4) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom 1380 square foot, dog friendly, private home with parking underneath the house.

 

Adequate Parking for Four (4) vehicles maximum. No parking pass required.

 

This home is “dog friendly”. Two (2) dogs maximum 40 lbs each maximum. $250 non-refundable dog deposit required if bringing a dog.

This is a four (4) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom with parking underneath the house. This house has a kitchen full of utensils and built-in appliances perfect for family dinners. The primary bedroom has a Gulf View along with a King-sized bed. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. Following the primary bedroom, is your first guest bedroom, and bathroom. Guest bedroom having a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has two full size beds. Following these bedrooms is a bonus room with 2 Twin Bunk Beds, totaling four twin beds. The living room has a spacious sectional sofa and a beautiful Gulf View. Outside the Balcony doors in the living room is a huge deck area following a boardwalk to the white sandy beaches.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Adequate Parking for four (4) vehicles maximum. No parking pass required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
