Eagle’s Nest is an immaculate 3BR/2 BA 2400+ Square Foot Dog Friendly House w/Private Pool - No Detail Missed. Located in Gulf Shores Alabama.

 

Adequate Parking for 4 vehicles.

 

Two (2) dogs Maximum. $250 dog fee (You MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit.)

Beach vacations the way they used to be... This Gulf-oriented dog friendly home, just steps from beach access and the Gulf of Mexico is located in a quaint sea-side neighborhood in Gulf Shores. From the palm tree lined entrance to the white sandy, uncrowded beaches of the Gulf Coast you will find a wonderful family getaway.
Our house is meant to bring back the relaxing beach vacations of old. The house is professionally decorated in the theme of a colorful Beach House. Colorful sofas, chairs, and furniture all combine to bring back the quaint memories of old-time beach vacations with a hint of luxury and private pool.
The first floor includes an expansive living room with a queen sleeper sofa and multiple chairs. For entertainment we have included a large TV complete with DVD, as well as a gas burning fireplace!
The dining area includes a large farmhouse table as well as a breakfast bar complete with stools.
The full kitchen includes top of the line appliances including a smooth top stove, microwave, and dishwasher! Full cooking utensils, pots, and pans are provided.
The first floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom includes 1 set of twin trundle beds with an additional set of bunk beds, while the other is furnished with a queen size bed. Each bedroom includes a TV and DVD player. Our house also features a sizable laundry room, with a high-end, full-size washer and dryer. Rounding out the first floor is a porch oriented to look out at the Gulf and pool. It includes a dining table and chairs while you relax.
Upstairs you will find the state of the art, 900 sq. ft. private primary suite which includes a king bed, sitting area, TV and DVD player, private bath with oversized Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a private balcony. It also has access to a one-of-a-kind rooftop deck – the views from atop are unmatched!

This charming Beach House is located two blocks from the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk on Beach Blvd. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious deck in the front of the house. Additional entertainment space is available in the spacious area under the cottage. 

The main living space is spacious and includes HD TV and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a dining area with a dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. 

 

 

THE AMENITIES

 

Private Pool, 2 Zone Air-Conditioning, Full sized washer/dryer, Tv and DVD in all bedrooms, 40' Television and DVD Player in the Living Room. Full Kitchen complete with top-of-the-line appliances including Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator. Charcoal Grill.
Hot and Cold Outdoor Privacy Shower, Covered Parking. Consistent with upscale houses, our house comes complete with unlimited phone service. We also include high-speed, wireless internet access throughout the house.

 

Activities: In addition to the beach, Gulf Shores is central to a number of other activities. Should you want to combine golf with your beach vacation, some of the top golfing in Alabama is close.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
